Voting Plan

The 40% of non-voters have the power to save America.  I am registered as a no-party voter but I plan to vote for Joe Biden for President because Trump represents the Confederate States of America.  Removing Trump will maintain a window of hope for our democracy.  The best solution to the lethal failures of the two-party system is elections reforms, specifically mandatory voting, ranked-choice voting, fusion voting, vote donation and party coalitions.  These reforms will make elections far less vulnerable to voter suppression and control of candidates by a small and selfish political class. 

These reforms promote majority rule and enable new parties that serve the people.  New parties will be able to win more political power over a series of elections.  New candidates will be empowered to dislodge the Democrats and Republicans who serve only a rich and selfish American Nobility.  Serious democracy requires serious equality.  Real Democracy requires effective regulation of commerce and industry.

Permitting corporations to do whatever they want is destructive of freedom-for-all and risks the extinction of human civilization.  The two-party system protects minority rule and has brought the U.S.A. falling from world leader to a failed nation in four short years. 

Democracy is something you DO, and if you are not voting, you are not doing it.  Elections reforms is what non-voters always ask for.  That is 94 million voters in 2020.  Are you okay excluding all those neighbors from the decision-making of our elections?

Voting Plan A:

Simple, no work:  the 40% of non-voters register as no-party voters and vote for the office of President by writing in  RTPS

which means Retire Two-Party System.

Voting Plan B:

Complex, entails some work:  the 40% of non-voters register as no-party voters but join the Real Democracy Party and with 1,000 volunteers create a party chapter in each of the fifty states and designate, according to each state's formal election rules, all 538 presidential electors pledged to vote for a credible, willing and able progressive candidate for the office of President.  Vote for that candidate, and that candidate will receive all of the presidential electoral votes according to the state and federal laws.

What is the Real Democracy Party?

The Real Democracy Party IS NOT a third party or splinter party but rather a genuine plan to enable those who usually do not vote (not registered as D or R or not registered at all) to cast an ACTIVE protest vote against the two-party tyranny, and FOR election reforms.  The Real Democracy Party and Revolution by Vote is for the 100 MILLION eligible voters who hate the two-party scam and know that the purpose of the two-party conspiracy is to suppress the development of new political parties which could provide the people with meaningful political choices and require the Ds and Rs to face genuine political competition.  They constantly recommend competition for a healthy economy, but they are terrified of real competition for a healthy politics.

Important note on write-in votes as Defensive Voting

A write-in vote is a defensive voting strategy.  It is illegal to discard or disqualify a write-in vote because the intent of the voter would be recognized as clear and beyond question by any state court.  To discard or disqualify a write-in vote against the two-party system is a direct violation of one's First Amendment right to free speech and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.  If the Real Democracy Party appeared as a printed choice on a ballot that could be "checked" or selected in some way, the election authorities could disqualify the ballot using the common excuse of "stray marks," added by them.  This is a common tactic for voter suppression by election authorities: altering ballots so that they can be disqualified.  This may have been practiced as early as 1960, and was definitely done in Florida in 2000 and probably in Ohio in 2004, in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania in 2016.  The write-in vote is the best defense against voter suppression by the Two-party Tyrant.

1)  The (Real Democracy, USA) Party, and Revolution by Vote.  We in the United States of America live in a political tyranny, not in a democracy.  When I was a child I was taught that my country is a democracy.  It is not.  We Americans have been lied to and cheated.  I want the promise of a real democracy fulfilled.  I will not accept any negotiation.  We must have coalitions between major and minor political parties and vote donation in order to identify the legitimate majority after each election.  We must have majority rule.  Minority rule is not acceptable.  Minorities have rights, but not the right to rule.  In a real democracy the majority rules.  Real Democracy is a movement and project recognized and supported by many academic, business and political organizations.  Reform may include different paths, but the common goal is removal of the Two Party Tyranny and replacement with majority rule.
