IMPORTANT! TO CLEAR UP A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE PLEDGE OF A PERSON WHO VOLUNTEERS TO BE A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTOR FOR John Manimas: If you do volunteer to be a presidential elector for John Manimas from your state, YOUR PLEDGE TO CAST YOUR BALLOT FOR JOHN MANIMAS AS A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTOR IS ENTIRELY SEPARATE FROM YOUR COMPLETE FREEDOM TO VOTE FOR THE CANDIDATE OF YOUR CHOICE IN THE GENERAL ELECTION. Although you would be "pledged" (promised) to vote for John Manimas in the exercise of your role as a presidential elector, you are still free to be a member of the Democratic Party or Republican Party or any other party, or independent/no party. Here is how it works:
There are no specific qualifications for an elector stated in the federal Constitution.
Your state Constitution may have an age or residency requirement, such as age 25 or older, and resided in the state for 7 years or more. IF, AND ONLY IF, John Manimas is awarded electoral votes by your state, you will be obligated to go to a meeting at your state capital in early to mid-December to cast your ballot for John Manimas. Your state may require that you be registered to vote and that you be a "member" of the Real Democracy Party (RDP). You are a member of the RDP if you volunteer and the RDP does not try to control or prohibit your membership in any other legal organization. We do not want volunteers from any right wing groups or white-supremacy groups because such groups do not support democratic principles and practices.
Project Phases:
Phase #1: If you want to help, we need to form RDP ballot-access committees in each swing or purple state. The ballot access committees need to assist with compliance with state election rules and with the official procedures to have John Manimas registered or certified as a write-in candidate in each of these eleven states so that the previously passive non-voting citizens can actively cast their ballots for John Manimas and be awarded the 150 electoral votes of these eleven states. The vote counts in these eleven purple states are likely to be very close and most vulnerable to election fraud (voter suppression) by the party election officials disqualifying ballots from poor or minority neighborhoods or districts.
Phase #1:

Michigan 16 North Carolina 15
Virginia 13 Minnesota 10
Wisconsin 10 Colorado 9
Nevada 6 New Hampshire 4
For a total of 150 presidential electoral votes [out of 538].
Each state awards their electoral votes by plurality (except for Maine and Nebraska) so if the 40% of non-voters all registered as "no-party" voters and voted for John Manimas, John Manimas would get the 150 electoral votes of these states, and trade them for passage of the election reforms as federal laws to enable the constitutional guarantee of a republican form of government. In this way those citizens who have passively opposed the two-party system by not voting can save our country by actively voting in the referendum called the "Revolution by Vote." We can retire the restrictive, undemocratic two-party system and replace it with a free market system of political competition among as many political parties as the people wish to support.
After obtaining ballot access as a write-in presidential candidate in the eleven swing states, the John Manimas Campaign will turn its attention to the Red and Blue states. The goal is to protect America from Trumpolini and to retire the two-party system and replace it with real democracy.
New voter and "non-voter" participation: To participate, the first thing to do is register as a "no-party" voter. You do not need to donate money. You do not need to sign, log-in, march, paint posters, travel, write or call. Just LEARN from the RDP website and voter support organizations like VoteSmart.org. How do you become a member of the Real Democracy Party? First, it is not necessary. There is no political elite here that wants to control your vote. You are a "potential" member simply if you are thinking about casting a write-in ballot for John Manimas. If you do in fact write-in John Manimas on election day, then what you will have done is cast a protest vote (in a national referendum) against the two-party system and for election reforms. You retain your freedom to vote as you deem best right up until election day. You preserve your choices (your freedom) by registering to vote before September, 2020. Then, on election day, you will be free to select one of five choices listed here:
1) The same old choice of abstaining to show your contempt for the system. Please do not do this. It is not effective. All it does is permit the two-party tyrants to claim that you don't care, or you are happy with everything the government does (and does not do). You must vote! Your country needs you now!
2) Vote for Republicans;
3) Vote for Democrats;
4) Vote for "third party" candidates;
5) Hurrah! A NEW fifth choice that you never had before. You can write in John Manimas (for President) – and Henry Jackson (for Vice President) – as your ACTIVE protest vote to demand that the two-party system be retired and replaced with a multi-party system that includes mandatory voting (just like mandatory jury-duty), rank-choice voting, fusion voting, multi-party coalitions, and campaign funding by citizen-driven campaign funding grants to candidates. The candidates must apply and sign a binding agreement to acknowledge their duty to do what the voters demand and serve only their constituents and not business entities.

The two proportional states can award their electoral votes to more than one candidate according to the proportion of votes each candidate receives from the state's voters.

Phase #2: the same as for #1 above, except we work in phase #2 to obtain ballot access in the West Coast States: California 55, Oregon 7, Washington 12 (74 total). The reason for assigning the West Coast States the second priority is because they are able to observe the earlier vote counts and see when the election results are very close (they often are) and therefore see that we will be in danger, again, of having the outcome of the Presidential election determined by state and local election officials who disqualify and discard ballots from poor or minority district neighborhoods. Because 48 states award all of their electoral votes to whoever gets the "plurality" (the most votes), changing the outcome in one city can change the outcome for the state and determine who gets all of that state's electoral votes.

Phase #3: the same as for #1 above, except we work in phase #3 to obtain ballot access in the
Republican (Red) states: we assign the third priority here because it is helpful to draw the new voters away from Trumpolini and toward the other options (Democrat, third party, or the protest write-in vote for John Manimas.)

Phase #4: the same as for #1 above, except we work in phase #4 to obtain ballot access in the remaining Democratic (Blue) states: IF we were to reach this 4th phase, we would pull out all the stops and pursue a plan that could possibly result in John Manimas and Henry Jackson being elected President and Vice President. Although this outcome is deemed unlikely, it is good to see if we could make the two-party tyrants fear that this is possible, or, that the voters who despise the two-party system are actually voting, instead of abstaining, and those who did not vote in the past are now demonstrating their power to vote the two parties out of existence.
