Rules for GoFundMe Donations to the John Manimas Campaign
These rules apply to any donation made through GoFundMe
1. The funds donated will be used to pay for advertising and disseminating information about the John Manimas Campaign, about John Manimas and Henry Jackson, about the Real Democracy Project, about the Real Democracy Party, and about the Revolution by Vote. None of the money donated will be used to pay any compensation to an individual or a group, and shall not be used to pay for the services or the personal needs of any individual or group. IMPORTANT! Being donations to a registered political organization, the amounts donated cannot be used as a deduction from any tax liability or computation of taxes.
2. Donor must be age 18 or older, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of one of the 50 states.
3. Smallest donation must conform to GoFundMe rules or technical limitations. Recommended smallest donation is $10.00.
5. Largest donation that will be accepted by the John Manimas Campaign (JMC) is $1,000.
7. Only donations from an identified individual person will be accepted.
8. Donations offered by an organization or a business entity will not be accepted.
9. For any donation that cannot be accepted according to the JMC rules, the amount donated will not be refunded but will be passed on to Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union in equal or unequal proportions. If GoFundMe has other requirements for donations that are refused, the rules of GoFundMe will prevail.
10. In case of any conflict between the John Manimas Campaign and GoFundMe regarding the receipt or handling of donations, the rules of GoFundMe will prevail.
11. The personal beneficiary of the donations is John Manimas Medeiros and the organizational recipient of the donations is the John Manimas Campaign, which is the FEC primary campaign committee that has only organization authorized to receive contributions and disburse expenses for the candidate John Manimas and his VP mate Henry Jackson.
